At our dedicated facility in the Philippines, we provide a fully integrated, one-stop production process from raw material selection and performance testing to manufacturing, inspection, packaging, and final distribution.

To ensure consistent quality, we incorporate advanced technologies such as AI-powered image inspection for nonwoven mask production, along with metal detection systems and precise weight verification during inspection and packaging. This comprehensive approach allows us to maintain strict quality control standards at every stage.

Compliant with Japanese and International Standards

Our masks are manufactured in accordance with the Japanese Industrial Standard for masks (JIS T 9001) and comply with the American medical mask standard (ASTM F2100).
